Before I do my own personal previews of each game, I managed to get a few questions and thoughts with ThE|Showtime as his team has a free week this week due to the uneven ammount of teams.

Ok, as you know your clan has a free week this week, so i thought i would take some time to ask you your thoughts on the league, and how you see it turning out.
So what are your thoughts on the league from the start? Are you happy witht he site? the organisation?

I think this will be a great league, because the best teams and players are in, it is well organized and the site is very well done, in my opinion.

Who do you think are gonna be the leaders at the end of the season?

TE have a big chance to win because is the better team at the moment, TmG are still strong but not that strong as in the past, ThE can become 2nd or 3rd, if not win ^^

How do you see your own clan ThE| first game turning out? and are you looking forward to it about it?

We are always prepared for clan wars, we have a lot of good members, always active, and we absolutely want to win the first match because this will give us an high morale, i'm pretty sure we can get a win

Who or what are going to be your clans strongest points?

First of all, we are not a real clan, we are a family, so we are friends before players, our aim is not to be called professional gamers or anything else, we just want to enjoy the game and this league, and so our morale is good bcs we accept loss and get fun from wins. We are well organised and we have everything under control right now and of course we have excellent players such Android and no0b, not to mention live2die, alendor, smoc

Glory: Hello Android, how are you?
Android: I’m fine thanks, let’s start the interview.
G: The starter, how did you get into dow?
A: My brother (ThE)MaFiA) one day brought home a key for DoW Beta and got me started, I was playing Brood War at that time and I didn't really believe I could like DoW, but I tried with him, we started playing the ladder together and I slowly fell in love with DoW 
G: So did your BW experience help you with DoW?
A: Yes of course it did, especially because of the Micromanagement required by BW, you know to play BW you have to be ultra-fast, managing a lot of units, defending, attacking, producing all together, ever heard about the APM crap thingie? (Action per Minute) I used to reach more or less 300 per minute, so you can figure out the speed and my headache while playing
G: So have you played high level broodwar or were you jsut a good noob?
A: I used to be ranked b4 on Wgtour, that is surely a high rank, but I was just a lucky boy!
G: We have just been informed that DoW is going WCG 2005, are you going to try competing?
A: Consider me already there
G: What made you play Space Marines?
A: I was Terran on BW, so I was always been fascinated by 'humans' and SM were the closest thing to it, btw I was humie on WC3 as well.
G: And what is in your opinion the real strength of Space Marines? Except for their scouts.
A: Their flexibility, the fact you can play so many different tactics and obtain various results; snipers of course are very useful though. Talking about scouts, IMHO they're not really overpowered, simply against the typical other races tactics, scouts is the correct answer, so maybe THEY should change their tactics instead of complaining
G: Well they are a tad strong IMO, I don’t think you should be able to rush with a scouting unit…
A: And about what people call "Android Rush", it works against wartraxx, but if you got the right counter (like Pink did) it’s useless.
G: For the people that don’t know, What’s the Android Rush?
A: 4 Scouts + FC + Marines in a fast sequence of attack, you gotta push your enemy to death and without breaks, exactly BW Style, uh and of course you gotta tech while you push.
G: And SM weakness?
A: They're rather expensive, also, compared to the other races, if you exclude the cheap scout rush they tend to be slightly less effective on earlier tiers, even if, theoretically they own on tier 3.
G: Who are in your eyes real DoW experts?
A: Pink, Noob, Josey and also OneGuy
G: What’s your opinion on clans?
A: Well since I'm clan leader of Clan ThE) of course I endorse them fully and I think they're a great chance to gather people with the same interests, also they're a chance, (if it is a good clan) for everybody to become a better player, by training with clanmates, help by clanmates etc...
G: And what’s your opinion on relic’s online support?
A: Another patch would be needed, but they're good guys, I mean, they gave us such a beautiful game, that's almost flawless, they work hard for us, everybody should appreciate them, afterall some poor guy from Relic most probably spent his christmas coding some patch so I think we owe them at least some gratitude...

New Clan Site Online

After months of hibernation due to holidays and exams, the new clan site is finally online. We have a great renewal project for the future, involving every single division of the clan but especially focusing on the most revolutionary RTS of the year: "Warhammer 40.000 -Dawn of War".
Leaded by Android and Mafia, our dow team is getting better and better,
we are back, and "Now is time to prove what we know to be true, that we shall conquer all". |

ThE)Android Wins Italian WCG

Android strikes again! Another first and unquestioned position for one of our great team leaders, today Android won the National WCG qualifications. He managed to reach unbeated the finals, where he won for 2-1 vs one of the most well known RTS italian players since 1997, the mannered and very experienced MyDyingExarch. Congratulations to our Android, that won a free trip to Singapore and the opportunity of defending Italy's honour at WCG grand finals, in the upcoming November 2005. |

Android Wins ESWC Italian Tournment

Today in Milan, one of our leaders Android, the best player of our DoW Division, won the National Tournment of ESWC, and a prize of 900 €. A smooth victory, with an outstanding tournament stats of 11 wins and only 2 losses. Way to go Android! |
